Our Diving Center is located on the beautiful island of Ustica, a hidden paradise in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea. Located about 67 kilometers northwest of the Sicilian coast, Ustica is famous for its crystal-clear waters, rich marine life, and fascinating underwater landscapes.
The island of Ustica can only be reached by sea from the port of Palermo, Sicily, either by hydrofoil or ferry.

The nearest airport, Falcone-Borsellino (PMO) in Palermo, is connected to most Italian and European cities served by scheduled and low-cost direct flights. Shuttle buses link the airport to the port. Orca Diving Ustica organises private transfers available 24/7. A chauffeur will meet you at your arrival and will drive you to the point of embarkation in the port without having to wait for shuttles. For those arriving from Trapani-Birgi airport (TPS), scheduled buses run to the port of Palermo. Orca Diving Ustica also organizes private transfers to and from Trapani-Birgi airport (TPS).
If you are willing to experience a holiday immersed in the beautiful Sicilian nature, our advice is to leave your car in the city. Ustica can easily be visited by foot, bike (you can rent electric or traditional bicycles), or for the less active ones, by scooter (rented upon arrival in the port). Those who can’t avoid using their car or have constraints, it is useful to know that Ustica is connected to Palermo by a daily car ferry. However, restrictions apply during certain periods of the year.
For those planning to tour Sicily or Italy by train, Ustica will be in easy reach via numerous local buses connecting Palermo’s Central Station to the port.
